Heard was appointed as the Executive Producer in 2007. The Overflow Marketing Group also produces the Destined 4 Greatness Reality Show, which is set to air nationally September 2, 2010.The inspiration for the Overflow Woman Awards Ceremony came from a dream that Mr. Heard had years ago when he saw himself presenting an award to his mother. The Overflow Woman Awards is an awards ceremony that is designed to honor and celebrate Women that have committed their lives to ministering to and helping others! The Overflow Marketing Group started the Awards as an avenue to honor outstanding Christian Women. You can sense the presence of God as you attend these ceremonies and know that God has His hand on this organization.
